United Kingdom

Altify Group Ltd, the holding company of the group, holds a comprehensive office and liability insurance policy with Markel International.

The policy includes:

• Public liability: Up to £5 million
• Employer’s liability: Up to £10 million
• Property and business interruption: Up to £25,000

This policy does not extend to regulated operations in South Africa or Poland but reflects the group’s risk-aware approach in key geographies.

Regulatory Framework

Altfy operates two licensed Financial Services Providers (FSP) under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) Act who are regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) in South Africa, namely:

• Altify SA DAS (Pty) Ltd: FSP number 53289
• Altify SA Capital (Pty) Ltd: FSP number 52727

Regulatory Capital

• Currently there are no prudential regulatory capital requirements pertaining to the entities operating in South Africa.
