We target individual investors — professionally-employed millennials, Gen X'ers, and now retired Boomers — categorised as the aspiring mass affluent, who value digital, seamless interactions and prefer managing their own investments using digital platforms.

These are otherwise known as ‘self-directed investors’. These clients are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, easy-to-use, and cost-effective investing platform. They're prepared to take calculated risks for the chance of achieving above-market returns and are motivated to achieve financial freedom and to retire comfortably. They value diversification, are eager to invest over the long-term for growth and are prepared to allocate between 1.00% - 10.00% of their portfolios to alternative investments.

They usually maintain savings with their banks, are likely to have a pension, have invested in stocks and possess a foundational understanding of finance, but are eager to expand their knowledge. They're well educated working professionals typically aged between 30 to 55 years, who identify as growth-focused investors. These individuals earn between $35K and $200K per year and have $1K - $1M of investable assets.

Our clients are predominantly male and often find themselves overlooked by traditional financial institutions because they have not amassed enough wealth to be considered by legacy wealth managers.
